Belle Kilkenny Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, for goods returned within 10 days of receipt.
All items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with the labels and all original packaging intact in order to receive an exchange or refund.
Any Items that have been damaged, altered or worn by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned.
On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery. We will send you email confirmation of your exchange or refund as soon as it has been processed.
A return/exchange form is included with your order. Please complete the form and include it with the item you are returning.
Items must be returned to us using a method that can be fully tracked and traced. bellekilkenny.com currently uses An Post registered post. Items are both insured and can be tracked. When returning - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.

Receiving a Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card excluding shipping charges where appropriate.
Returns Policy for Items on Sale - Same policy as above except: We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date you purchased the product.
